1. Students who happen to be full time employees are not eligible for any scholarship.
2. Scholarship will depend upon the satisfactory progress of the students. Irregularity, absence in the college examinations can lead to discontinuation of scholarship and any such decision is within the supreme powers of the concerned scholarship officer.
3. All the beneficiaries of scholarship are instructed to open an account in any nationalized bank & link with Aadhar Card that has core banking facility as the scholarship will be directly transferred to their accounts from the government.

NECESSARY CERTIFICATES

1. Mark Sheet photocopy of the last qualifying examination
2. Photocopy of School/College leaving Certificate (Copy of SSC Class TC for 11th & 12th Standard & Copy of Std XII TC for Part I II & Final Year Students)
3. Photocopy of School/College leaving Certificate (Copy of SSC Class TC for 11th & 12th Standard & Copy of Std XII TC for Part I II & Final Year Students)
4. Photocopy of Caste Certificate
   • Non Creamy Layer Certificate & Income Proof Affidavit are required for the applicants belonging to OBC/SBC/NT category.
   • Caste Certificate is required for ST Category students.
5. Reference No. of Last year’s Scholarship Order.
6. If there is any change in the District/University then certificate to that effect is required.
7. Gap Certificate in case of any break in the receipt of scholarship.
8. Scholarship forms along with all the necessary documents must be submitted within 15 days from the date of admission.
9. All the photo copies must be attested by Special Executive Magistrate/Any Gazetted Officer/Self-attested.

Note: – Candidate’s who’s came from Professional course like B.E. / Polly / B.Ed. / D.Ed. etc. is not applicable for any type of scholarship.
